SHIPPING
Please allow 3 days for us to prepare & package your item(s) to prepare for shipping.
We currently use USPS or UPS to ship, and delivery times are dependent on carrier policy and delays. We offer standard and priority shipping for your convenience.
USPS and UPS both have alerts in regards to shipping times, so we encourage you to place the order with these potential delays in mind. Once items have been mailed, we are unable to change shipping details and have no control over delivery times.

ON DEMAND / CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Some items are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you, which will ship separately from the rest of your order. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Please allow up to 10 additional shipping days for customized products. Custom products are not returnable and ship separately from the rest of your order.
BACKORDERED
We strive to maintain inventory on all products. However, if an item is on backorder, you will see a backorder message with an expected ship date on the product page and in your shopping cart and on your order confirmation.
Occasionally, if we have had unexpectedly high demand for an item, we may sell out before the backorder message displays. If this is the case, you will be notified via email as to the status of that particular item after your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We only ship to the 50 US states at this time.
